The What:
As Managing Director of the pro-bono consulting club, I took the led in helping the founder of Stagekeep, a tech-based startup, expand the company’s reach into the Asian and US markets.
To do so, I led the team to identify and implement strategic opportunities that would position the software as a valuable tool for dance professions and related industries, driving growth and market penetration in both regions.
